Hello Baby antenatal classes are led by Hannah and also Chloe, a hypnobirthing practitioner, based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
Our classes are fun, relaxed and interactive, and will leave you feeling excited, confident and ready for the arrival of your baby. As well as preparing you for labour and birth, our sessions will give you lots of practical tips to help you transition into life with a newborn. Informative and evidence-based, you will learn everything you need to help you navigate the first few weeks, as well as meeting a group of other local parents-to-be who can share the journey with you. If you prefer a more private approach then courses can be offered one-to-one.
Hello Baby courses are comprehensive and thoughtfully created. They also include special additional content such as a dedicated relaxation session led by Chloe, and an extended infant feeding module. Courses are regularly reviewed to meet the evolving needs of parents, and currently include up-to-date guidance for pregnancy and birth during the COVID-19 pandemic. They can also be tailored, for example by providing information on birthing and parenting multiples, or for those expecting after loss.
Attending a course run by Hello Baby will give you access to discounts off of other services including private midwifery appointments, hypnobirthing courses, private ultrasound scans, reflexology, baby first aid and newborn photography.
